Each Suite in the Main House includes their own private bathroom, a private deck or balcony, HD TV and separate sitting areas. For more information on individual Suite details and rates, click on the Suite links above right.
Since we take great pride in customizing your experience, we do not currently take online reservations. Please give us a call or send an email request.
A seasonally inspired two-course breakfast is prepared each morning and served at approximately 9am. You may enjoy your breakfast in the dining room, your suite or at a dining table on the grounds. We happily accommodate most dietary restrictions.
Coffee and Tea service are available 7am to 10am in the main dining room.
Please join us in the Tasting Room each afternoon/evening for tastings that feature wines from small local vintners paired with cheeses. If you're lucky, you may be able to pick out a bottle or two from the wine cave!
Guest rooms do not have phones; however a guest phone is available upon request.
Wireless Internet is available throughout the property.
Reserving a Suite
Black Rock Inn suites have a standard two-night minimum stay (although we do accept some last minute, single night requests). All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking with full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.

At Black Rock Inn we are ready to assist in planning your trip. From unique wine tasting itineraries to hot air balloon rides, to gourmet dining or in-room massage, you will have access to the finest services and activities in the Napa Valley.
Cancellations and Changes
Individual Suite reservations cancelled at least 14 days in advance will have the deposit refunded less a $45 processing fee (per Suite & per credit card).
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than the above notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a partial refund may be made. Reservations are not transferable during your stay.
Changes to existing reservations must adhere to minimum night stay requirements. Reservation changes are not permitted within 14 days of your arrival. Early departures will be charged for full amount of original reservation. Reservations are not transferrable during your stay.
Room rates posted are subject to availability and may change at any time. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Taxes not included. Extra person charge is $50.00 per night, plus tax.
The Inn is designed for adults seeking an intimate and tranquil atmosphere and, therefore, is not particularly suitable for children. However, special situations may allow for children, please call to inquire.
We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the Suites or public/common space. However, we do have outdoor areas available for smoking upon request.
Black Rock Inn does not allow pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Arrival and Departure Times
Our check-in time is 3PM to 6PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Our check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out may be available. Please inquire at time of check-in.
